FUTURE VISION

RPF’s Future Vision is that all of the worthwhile (a) Acquisition and (b) Development capital improvements projects that are recommended in large scale Park, Recreation and related Acquisition Plans, Site Plans, Facility Plans, and Systemwide Master Plans across America will be fully implemented because the essential Revenue Resources to capitalize the projects were obtained in an exceptional and timely manner.

RPF’s Ongoing Mission is to encourage, prepare and help fulfill multi-faceted and creative Capital Improvements Revenue Plans that accompany and complement major Park, Recreation and related Acquisition Plans, Site Plans, Facility Plans, and Systemwide Master Plans.

WORK FOCUS

Every day all across America thousands of city, county, district, state, regional and national public sector agencies and non profit sector organizations strive to provide an abundance of aquatic, blueway, botanical, conservation, cultural, educational, environmental, fair, greenway, health, historical, library, museum, open space, park, recreation, sports, tourism, wildlife, zoological and other related services. These public and non profit entities and their personnel are collectively responsible for billions of dollars of existing and future capital assets comprised of properties, facilities, amenities, natural & planted vegetations and heavy equipment.

Each year hundreds of these government agencies and non profits advertise service procurement requests and contract for the preparation of extensive new or updated Acquisition Plans, Site Plans, Facility Plans, or Master Plans to provide future roadmaps for these physical components of their service systems. RPF’s work focuses on the abundant Revenue Resources that are required to implement these valuable Acquisition, Site, Facility, and Master Plans.
