The Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Revenue Planning & Funding, LLC, Stan A. Hemphill, is one of our country’s leading advocates for Revenue Enhancements in the parks and recreation profession. He has incorporated this financial consulting firm to help fulfill the triple needs for (a) innovative Revenue Planning, (b) creative Grants Funding and (c) pooled talent Revenue Teams. This new firm has emerged as a result of his extensive Revenue involvements, accomplishments and research during the past five (5) plus decades. From his early years he has been an over achiever.

In the first chapter of the Bible’s Book of Genesis we learn that God created the (a) waters, (b) lands, (c) vegetations and (d) wildlife on Earth before he created mankind. During the remainder of my life I will strive to help public agencies and non profit organizations learn how to enhance the Revenues they need to acquire, protect, manage and utilize these amazing natural resources in an exemplary manner to benefit both the environment and society as a unified whole.
