Revenue Planning & Funding, LLC can provide the three (3) following types of Services to public and non profit park and recreation entities to enhance their large scale Acquisition Plans, Site Plans, Facility Plans, and Systemwide Master Plans that recommend costly Acquisition and Development projects.

• Prepare in-depth Capital Improvements Revenue Plans that accompany and complement large scale Acquisition, Site, Facility, and Master Plans.
 
• Pursue and obtain large scale Grant Funding Revenues through Block Grants, Categorical Grants and/or Legislative Grants to help fulfill the Acquisition Plans, Site Plans, Facility Plans, and Master Plans.
 
• Mobilize pooled talent Revenue Personnel to help fund the Acquisition, Site, Facility, and Master Plans.

These essential Services can be provided to strengthen, fund and team an Acquisition Plan, Site Plan, Facility Plan, or a Master Plan through twenty (20) interrelated Tracks.

1. TRACK 1 TEAM ADVERTISEMENTS -- Prepare advertisements about the Revenue Team, its key role in fulfilling the Capital Improvements Revenue Plan and the various Positions that will become available in the future
 
2. TRACK 2 OFFICE SPACES & RESOURCES -- Identify the spacial components of a Revenue Center for the Team members, their volunteers, guests, and potential contributors, and recommend required equipment, furniture, furnishings, memberships, supplies, training, travel, etc.
 
3. TRACK 3 POSITION PRIORITIES -- Recommend the initial priorities for the Capital Improvements Revenues Positions
 
4. TRACK 4 POSITION PHASES -- Recommend multi-year phases for the Capital Improvements Revenues Positions
 
5. TRACK 5 POSITION DESCRIPTIONS -- Help the Entity prepare Job Descriptions for each of the initial Capital Improvements Revenue Positions
 
6. TRACK 6 PERSONNEL SELECTIONS -- Help the Entity advertise, screen, interview, select, offer, and confirm each Revenue Personnel Position
 
7. TRACK 7 PERSONNEL ORIENTATIONS -- Help the Entity orient each selected Person to the Entity, the Entity’s Acquisition Site/Facility/Master Plans, the Capital Improvements Revenue Plan, the Capital Improvements Revenue Team, the Revenue Center, and the specific duties of their Position
